This is an intriguing matchup imo. I think USC will win the game but for some reason I have a feeling that it will be a lot closer then the 19 point line indicates. Here are my reasons.
- USC is starting a QB that has never played a college game.
- Washington played LSU close a few weekends ago.
- It's the week after the Ohio State game. Smells like a trap game.
- Sarkisian used to coach at USC. He should have an idea of what to prepare for.
- USC is vulnerable in games like this.
What do guys think? That' 19 point line is awfully tempting.

If Locker plays the way he did at LSU, the Huskies will pull the upset and be back in the top 25 for the first time in a long time.
But if I were a betting man, I would bet Mays runs circles on the entire receiver corp of UW. Good game none the less.

I agree. Sure, this could be another Stanford, but it's hard to call those games. I'm not sure why this game is being heralded as an upset special, to be honest.

I think USC will win but 19 points is a lot.

I'm thinking of Aaron Corp comes out and throws 5 tds then Carroll won't be going straight back to Barkley. Interested to see how Corp does and I always enjoy watching Locker.

No, not even comparable. Stanford was 43+ point underdogs and the game was in LA.
A Locker led Washington only lost by 3 to USC in Seattle two years ago.

I doubt that, I have a feeling Mays won't be right for the rest of the year after spraining his MCL.
Don't forget that Corp is also not necessarily 100% after he damaged his knee in camp.
Also McKnight has missed some practices this week with some nagging injuries and Stafon Johnson has been battling the flu.
It's going to be another close game IMO for USC.. I wouldn't say the same thing if the game was in LA.

Short passes for Corp on the first drive. He is supposed to be more mobile, so I wonder if he'll take off and run on a few plays.
