I'm still amazed at how ND pulls in these recruits.

Re: 2010 Recruiting Thread

All I know is that Sarkisian needs to get QB Jake Heaps to commit to UW pretty badly. And then maybe that'll lead them to get WR Kasen Williams in the 2011 class.

In July FSU had 18 commitments, on NSD 17 of those signed letters of intent, it depends on the kids you recruit and not going after prima donna bitches.

Some entertaining news here...

Nick Montana is Joe Montana's son and a top QB prospect for '09.. well here's a basic summary of what he told Tressel a few months ago:
Quote:
Joe called JT personally and said as long as Charlie is at ND OSU can have his son

Miami is doing the same things despite poor seasons the last few years. I guess they can still recruit on name recognition alone.

Yep, back around the USC game for ND, Montana basically threw Weis E. Coyote under the bus. He hates him and hates that ND is keeping him.

WOW, Nick Montana at OSU would be...the hype would never end. It's Pryor x50.

OTOH, I really hope it happens.
