Couple questions for die-hard fans of big name programs

At least Miami Wins games... There was a point in my life when i thought Syracuse could only improve with a new Coach... Boy was i wrong.

The trick is to stop caring, I seriously could care less if Syracuse lost the rest of the games this season. It hurts to much to actually care about my team...

I didn't stop caring about the Jags when they went to salary cap hell... that's made their recent success that much sweeter.

Notre Dame ring a bell? I lived through the Faust era to enjoy a National Title with Holtz only to see them back to 3-9 last year.

But I get what you are saying. I used to be a Detroit Lion fan. Enough was enough. It gets to a point where I won't even let a team waste my time anymore.

It happens too all great teams...UF, FSU, Miami, USC, Penn State, Nebraska...all of them have had lackluster eras recently (and in FSU, Miami, and Nebraskas case still going on). Like everyone said, it's cylical. Some team's runs last longer than others. As much as I'd love for UF to be a top 5 team until the end of time, I know there will be another Zook-like era eventually.

Thats good, Since Syracuse is so incredibly bad right now, that means we should win about the next 4 national Championships in a row...
