Re: 2009 Recruiting Thread

I don't know if you guys have heard much of this guy, Terdema Ussery. I played him last night, he's pretty good. We did knock him out though, he did not return for the final 3 possessions because he got the crap knocked out of him and started throwing up. His dad is the President of the Dallas Mavericks. http://footballrecruiting.rivals.com...p?pr_key=66700

Get this, he isn't St. Marks's #1 reciever. The #1 receiver for them the last two years is currently a sophomore, actually the youngest sophomore in their class. He just turned 15 recently, he should actually be a freshman. This guy is actually incredible, keep an eye out for him. And check out his list, I likey.
They haven't really ranked him yet, but he is good, trust me. They just wrote an article on him in the past week. You have to be pretty good to be a 2011 prospect and already have rivals page, much less articles. http://auburn.scout.com/a.z?s=6&p=8&c=1&nid=3867037

And the only reason I seem happy about is that we shut them down minus one 50 yard touchdown by Montgomery and won 55-34. They beat us twice last year, once in the championship. I'm pumped right now.

4* DT out of Louisiana, Darrington Sentimore, has committed to Alabama. Offers from Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. He runs a 4.6 40 which is great. We need some speed on the d-line.

I'd question the kids talent if he is from Louisiana and LSU hasn't offered him.

From what I've heard, you should question his grades instead.

And if he does improve in that regard and JaMarkus McFarland starts leaning toward OU or Texas, LSU might offer. Everyone seems to think Sentimore picked Bama because he realized he was waiting for an LSU offer that at this point looks like will never come.

Nick Saban and Bob Stoops disagree.

We both know Saban and Steele will make sure those grades get fixed.
