Re: 2009 Recruiting Thread

It's more fair to say Mustain recommitted, he committed on August 15, 2005 to Arkansas, and then reopened his recruiting to a small degree. I was wrong with Damian Williams, he had originally committed to Florida, along with Ben Cleveland, who then went to Arkansas after their HS coach became Arkansas' OC. I'm sorry, but when you make the jump from HS Coach to an OC in the SEC, and it just so happens that means three premier recruits follow, something fishy is going on.

#1 player in the nation according to Rivals, Reuben Randle, was in Tuscaloosa for Alabama's practice yesterday along with top 10 player, Trent Richardson.

So, Tulsa now can throw out more dough than Michigan.

Anything else you see, oh Amazing Kreskin? Will the program you know more about than your Noles not only lose Bryce Brown and Vernon.....they will lose EVERYONE?? Will Tebowmagne stay eligible for an extra 10 years just to personally piss you off?

Will all of college football crumble during the Tebowian Age of Enlightenment ?

Re: 2009 Recruiting Thread

Is it really that crazy that a quarterback like Shavodrick Beaver would want to go to Tulsa. He gets to throw the ball a lot, compete for C-USA Championships year in, year out. WIN GAMES. Less pressure, less competition for the quarterback spot. Less controversy. Stay closer to home. Live in a school with a nice city and fans that won't turn their back on him after one bad performance. And who knows, maybe he just felt more comfortable with Gus Malzahn than with Rich Rodriguez.

Because God knows the University of Michigan never wins games. Tulsa on the other hand never has losing seasons.

Unlike Beaver, Forcier's family actually wants him to go to Michigan.

He's a better passer than White. He's a spread QB, but he's more like Chase Daniel than Pat White. He's a passing QB who can also run.

And Forcier's older brother was originally at Michigan a couple years back and left because he wasn't going to play (ironically, he would've if he had stayed, since he fits the spread). Tate grew up a Michigan fan.

Hey whatever happened to the 3rd string QB that played for michigan this year. (or rather didnt play) I think he was a converted WR but I heard somewhere he was a good spread QB that should of played.
