Try as they might, it ain't gonna work. They'll find something else.
Changes:
1. The end of consulting fees
2. No longer hiring a recruit's amateur coach to work @ camps.
All more rules do is create more loopholes. No new regulations will work if there aren't tougher punishments for breaking the rules.

there's too much money in there now. Everyone just needs to accept recruiting as the cess pool it is and just have fun.

more window dressing and not dealing with the real issues. They should start with the Jim Harrick/Kalvin Sampson Rule:
If a coach commits violations that land a school on probation, the exact penalties shall follow that coach to his new school for the duration of the penalties at his previous school.

I don't know about that one. If you do something completely heinous, I'd like it. Like Dave Bliss. But that kind of rule would essentially end a coach's career. Some penalties are accidents.
If they limited it to serious violations, I'd be OK w/it.
