Ehh, that is what you pay them for to get you lesser charges, and get you out of jail ASAP. Lindsey Lohan has violated her parole about 1,000 times yet spends no more than 2 days in jail.

Pacquiao doesn't wanna fight him otherwise they would have fought already I think Manny is running from Floyd either way it goes if the fight happens Floyd would win

Time for me to say goodbye to a Manny vs Floyd fantasy match. It will remain a dream and the debate will go on til everybody gets tired of it. Now it's easily going to be Pacquiao-Bradley 2 next, hopefully the great evil genius Bob Arum can still shock the world and gets the fight rigged again come November. And together we'll watch the dead sport of boxing finally getting buried.

Don't know if you are serious, but I will run them down off the top of my head.

Multiple DUI's
Grand Theft
Aggravated Assault
Parole Violations
Drug Use
At least one attempted "Hit and Run"
Lying to police

So while they are not "such horrible crimes" the fact that she can do all that, and not spend more than what two weeks in jail say a lot about the legal system for celebrities, and Mayweather's lawyers are and were smart to try to get his sentence converted to house arrest.

Don't forget Khloe Kardashian and her 3 hours served of her 30 day DUI sentence.

While I agree with your sentiment regarding Lohan I think what you have to remember is that he commited a violent crime against a female while in the prescence of minors. You add that to the fact that he has a history of violence and related crimes and that equals jail time. Also remember Floyd had every chance to fight these charges HE is the one who accepted the plea agreement. Secondly while he is isolated in jail right now he could easily request to be in general population wich would increase his recreation time but would also put him in with "real" criminals. If they release Floyd due to this reasoning it would open a can of worms for the judicial system as a whole as evryone and there mother would ask for the same privledge. Floyd is choosing not to eat, or do situps and pushups and I am sorry but being depressed and changing phsycologicaly is part of the process of being incarcerated. There are plenty of athletes who wereand are currently incarcerated and went through the same thing he is going through now. He needs to suck it up and be the "man" he is purports to be...

Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Money Mayweather

Yeah, that is fine, I don't think he should be released, but the precedent is there for celebs getting time cut in half or 3/4. His lawyers are doing their job. There are two sets of rules for the 99% and the 1%. I just laugh when someone says that Lohan hasn't committed any "horrible crimes" and my belief that DUI's are treated way to lax in this country.

before you talk about a part 2, why wouldn't you care to take a look back at the controversial part 1? i don't know but perhaps you might want to participate in this or this link: http://www.change.org/petitions/neva...o-bradley-bout#

this goes out to all you boxing fans here as well, if you're interested.
