Re: Results and Discussion

I am failing to see how saying people have been saying CH 2k8 will lose, until their fans enter the thread and start voting is some how against rules. Read my comment in context with the one right above it.

that's not a flame.

You called everyone who voted for either game a 'fanboi', I thought that was kind of obvious.

It's obvious you aren't happy with the results of the tourney. Most individuals would agree that there may or may not be better choices at the end. However, handling this as childish as you have, creating new threads for 'the people's champion' and insinuating that supporters of certain games lack credibility; It just leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Minus fanbois this game wouldn't have gotten out of the first round.
It doesnt get much plainer than that.

studbucket, you took the words right out of my mouth.

i will point out I have never called anybody directly a fanboy. and it isn't the folks who are actually posting and defending their selection I have an issue with. its the masses of nameless people who have continued to vote for the game either at the beckon call of 2K Sports or because they have blinders on about the quality of the game.

you can't say the same with your childish dig

If you prefer to get into semantics Mr. Gilmore, I called your actions childish, not you personally. [insert smug smiley here]

We can't put semantics aside and continue this conversation. I do not think you are childish, as you clearly run another forum with some competence. It was your actions that were childish, and that's what I stated.

If you still feel that I made a personal attack against you, then I suggest you look at posts yamabushi quoted and let me know how that does not undermine all those who chose to vote for said video games.

I prefer not to master the smilies in such a way, as it comes across as passive-aggressive.
