First Annual Best Sports Game Of All Time Tournament

Starting this week, Operation Sports will be holding its first annual "Best Sports Game Of All Time" Tournament.

Nominations were held in both the OS and MM forums with over 100 different games nominated.

The Operation Sports staff then took the time to widdle the list down to 64 candidates and seed them March Madness style.

In the next couple of days voting will begin both in this room and at MaddenMania. Voting for each match will last 4 days with the top vote getter moving on.

You could argue that Game X should be on the list instead of Game Y all you want but the bottom line is that no matter what, someone is going to throw out a game that should be on but isn't, or is on and shouldn't be. This is the field that we've come up with based on the replies we got here, on MM, and through staff discussion.

Oh, and before anyone wants to know why MLB 08: The Show isn't on there, we decided a game must have been out for more than a couple of days in order to be considered.
