Still no power. I added in a few LEMMETWEETTHATFORYOU's into this though, so check those out. I'm hearing I may not get my power back until Friday, but since 80% of my neighborhood does, I anticipate me possibly having it back tomorrow or Thursday. Stay tuned folks.

Stuckey's 34 Lifts T-Wolves Over Bobcats
The Charlotte Bobcats started off the 2012-13 season much like how they spent all of last season; on the losing end of the spectrum.

Rodney Stuckey put up 34 points,, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists in 40 minutes as the Minnesota Timberwolves came up victorious 122-117. Ricky Rubio added 26 points and 7 assists. Kevin Love also was a big contributor with 23 points and 10 rebounds.

Eric Gordon put up 26 points in a losing effort as the Bobcats were unable to compete with the much faster Timberwolves squad. The Bobcats looked out of sync for much of the game.

Despite this, they did manage a comeback in the fourth quarter. However, a late three buried any hopes of a comeback.

Hall Of Fame is ridiculously unrealistic, so I'm going to swallow my pride and go down to Superstar. :/

Bobcats Overcome Raptors In Triple OT Thriller

When it comes to intense games of basketball, the Toronto Raptors and Charlotte Bobcats are not two teams that come to mind. However, the two bottom dwelling teams put on a show that won't soon be forgotten.

Eric Gordon lead all scorers with 31 points in 47 minutes, as the Bobcats overcame a slow start to defeat the Raptors 143-140 in triple overtime.

The Raptors (0-2) had 4 players foul out during the extra period (Andrea Bargnani, Ed Davis, James Johnson, and Moe Williams), while Tim Duncan was the only Bobcat to be disqualified. Duncan finished with 4 points and 5 rebounds in a very quiet effort for the 36 year old center.

In the 1st overtime, the Raptors held a 3 point lead when Jeff Teague hit a 3 pointer with 10.0 remaining to send the game to a second overtime. Teague finished with 26 points and 7 assists.

After another neck and neck overtime period, Troy Murphy attempted a shot as time expired in the second overtime that fell short. In the third overtime period, it was all Bobcats (1-1), as the Raptors ended up falling behind early, in part due to a quick 3 by Teague.

Demar DeRozan played 52 minutes and ended up with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Jerryd Bayless added 29 points in a losing effort to lead the Raptors

For the Bobcats, both Bismack Biyombo and DJ White put up double doubles. Biyombo finished with 10 points and 12 rebounds, and White finished with 17 points and 16 rebounds.

Re: The Emergence Of The Charlotte Bobcats - (NBA 2K12)

Teague's 23 Lead Bobcats Over Bulls
There's just no possible way that the team with the worst record in the NBA last season could beat the defending Eastern Conference champions...or so everyone thought.

Jeff Teague lead the Charlotte Bobcats with 23 points as they upset the Chicago Bulls 91-88. This win came less than 24 hours after the Bobcats won a triple overtime thriller over the Toronto Raptors. Teague overcame 5 turnovers to lead the Bulls.

Derrick Rose lead the Bulls with 25 points and 5 rebounds in a losing effort. Luol Deng also added 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 blocks. Joakim Noah posted a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

It looked like the Bulls would pull away in this game. They overcame a quick start by the Bobcats to end the first quarter in front, 33-23. However, in the 2nd quarter, the Bulls were held to just 8 points, while holding the Bobcats to 15. The second half was much more of a battle, and in the end, the Bobcats got the upper hand.

Charlotte faces the New York Knicks on Friday, giving them 3 days rest after 2 very tough games.
