The Coaching Career of Chi Chi D'Antoni

Foreword
Chi Chi is an avid basketball enthusiast with no coaching experience at any level. He is the lost cousin of NBA coach Mike D'Antoni, and developed his coaching sense by learning his uptempo offense over the years. With Mike's system showing success in his tenure at Phoenix, Texas Southern University responded to Chi Chi's application for the head coaching position and proceeded to hire him despite his shortcomings. With no prior head coaching experience, Chi Chi must learn on the fly on how to coach and build a college program to success, as well display leadership and fellowship amongst his players and the community. Chi Chi has the tools to become a success coach at the college level, its a matter of when he can put it all together and build a program to prominence.
