This game is so frustrating. It's hard enough to win, but today just makes me sick. I was up 4-1 in the 6th inning, when we get a power outage here from a storm. I should've saved and started playing again after the storm, but there's always storms and the nothing happens to the power, but when I'm playing a game, boom!!! What the heck? The baseball Gods hate my Orioles I guess. Makes me mad, I'll probably end up losing that game now.

Thanks for the support man. I'm still trucking. It's been a rough ride so far, but hope to get it turned around.

Oh. With my nationals I was up 5-1 and they just scored 4 runs and I lost. I wouldn't mind the power going out.

Don't feel bad,I had my first baseman go 6 for 6 which would have been a ML record for hits in a game and the game crashed in the last inning.Grrrrrr

Chi-Town Heat!!!!! O's survive as "Birds/Sox" put on a game for the ages!!!!!

Chicago, IL - The Orioles and White Sox put on an offensive display for the ages tonight at US Cellular Field. Not even the wind blowing in at 33 mph could prevent the O's and Sox for combining for 23 runs on 36 hits including a total of 8 homeruns between the teams. It should've been a sign in the very first inning when the Orioles for the first time this season batted around in the opening stanza to deliver 4 runs on 6 hits to take an early edge. The game eventually got to be 6-0 when the White Sox woke up and with the game at 6-1, delivered a 6 run 6th inning capped by homeruns by Jermaine Dye and Paul Konerko to bring the White Sox all the way back to take their first lead of the night at 7-6. It would not be for long as in the 7th, after a single by Alex Cintron, who in his return to the "Windy City" went a perfect 6 for 6 on the night including a homerun in the 2nd inning, Luke Scott would drive him home to even the game at 7-7. With two outs in the inning, the "Birds" would load the bases after the Sox chose not to pitch to Ramon Hernandez in favor of Kevin Millar who already homered once prior to the at-bat. Kevin would crush a hanging curveball into the seats in left for a Grand Slam homerun and his second of the game giving the Orioles another commanding 11-7 lead. But as you all know, the O's bullpen has been atrocious and it wouldn't differ tonight as well. After Dye plated Thome on a double play in the 7th to cut the lead to 11-8, the White Sox would get homers in the 8th from Cabrera and Konerko to miraculously even the game at 11-11 all heading into the 9th inning. Chicago got runners on the corners in the last of the 9th, but Cabrera would line out to left to end the chance of a walkoff win. For the first time this season, Baltimore headed to extra innings. Alex Cintron would put a cap on his perfect 6 for 6 night and deliver the game winner, a line drive single with one out to score Roberts and give the O's a 12-11 lead. George Sherrill then came into the game in the bottom of the 10th and would send Pierzynski,Thome, and Quentin to the showers in order to finally put an end to the extravaganza and give the O's a much needed win. The party will continue tomorrow night as the O's will look to keep their offense rolling.
