 MLB Morning News October 2nd, 2008 Mariners Win Again, Lead 2-0!!!!!  Boston can't protect home turf, lose for second consecutive game to Seattle, fall behind 2-0 in ALDS. The Mariners handed the Red Sox the loss last night at Fenway Park, 7-2 the final, to establish a 2-0 lead in the ALDS. Jose Vidro launched a solo home run and went 3-for-3 to pace the offense. The club received a solid start from R.A. Dickey, who allowed 5 hits in 8 innings to pick up his 1st win of the postseason. Going for the Mariners in Game 3 of the ALDS is Miguel Batista (0-0, 0.00), who will be opposed by the Red Sox' Clay Buchholz (0-0, 0.00) at Safeco Field. |

MLB Morning News October 3rd, 2008 Dodgers Even Series At A Game Apiece!!!!!  Los Angeles salvages split at home in Game 2, take to the road with NLDS tied 1-1. Game 2 of the NLDS last night went to the Dodgers, 5-1, as Los Angeles picked up a much-needed win at home against the Phillies to tie the series at 1-1. James Loney sparked the offense, belting a solo home run and collecting 2 hits in 4 trips to the plate. Derek Lowe did the job on the hill for the Dodgers, going 6 scoreless innings en route to his 1st win of the postseason. Behind starting pitcher Derek Lowe (1-0, 0.00), the Dodgers play the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park tomorrow night in Game 3 of the NLDS, with Fabio Castro (0-0, 0.00) getting the nod. |

I'm voting for Seattle. They have a losing record, but yet win the division and are up 2-0 on Boston.
I'm smelling an underdog.....

Hey robbycano, thanks for following. I used dynastymanager.com to set it up at the time, and then copy/pasted them from there. That's the only reason I used that site, but I don't think they do it that way anymore. I don't even have to leave this site anymore to do things, unless I want a new logo or pic. The best thing I could tell you to do if you are interested is: 1) Highlight the Standings in my franchise. 2) Right Click, Copy 3) Go to your site where you want to post, Paste 4) Open another browser, find the standings again 5) Right Click on Copy Image of team logo that you want from Standings page, move to posting page and delete the image you need to and then select the box above that looks like a mountain/sun (URL Impge), beside the e-mail link button (it's yellow) 6) Paste to that box and hit ok, it should insert the image 7) Then I just move to the team names and win/loss columns and insert the letters/numbers. Be careful though, I always type the new numbers/letters in front of the current ones. I tried deleting them and inserting sometimes, but the numbers sometimes become larger, this way they stay the same. 8) Feel free to use anything you want to from my dynasty pages.
