What are the most realistic penalty and slider settings? Also what is the best quarter length to get the most realistic results?

When I click it only one thread comes up.

Change your display options at the bottom to 'Beginning' so you can see all threads. Otherwise it only pulls up the last 30 or 60 days (something like that).
