Official PRO CYCLING MANAGER Thread

Im not sure abt how much interest there is in that game right now, but id strongly suggest everybody to give it a chance, i played the 2010 version and it was close to beeing my game of the year. im not a big cycling fan or anything, just the game didnt let me stop playing. huge fun! somebody like me who is looking for undiscovered genres in sports gaming is just abt right here.

Not too many guys here except for a handful are into or even willing to give it a chance. I have been buying them since 08 and really enjoy them.

i know its a shame, i have played nearly all kind of sports games and after all i have to say that the pro cycling manager series is one of my absolute favourites!

pcmdaily is my forum of choice too!
provide you with great patches concerning nearly every aspect of the game!

Hey guys,

I always wanted to try this game but since my knowledge of the sport is very limited (basically nothing) I've never had the guts to try.

How hard this game is for someone that is willing to learn but doesn't have any idea of hour this tours, the teams etc work?

i would say its rather easy to learn especially compared to other sports (games).
road cycling isnt as complex tacticwise. id give it a try. if you got some specific questions feel free to ask them here or in the pcmdaly forum:

i think thats a good choice. everybody that wants to explore a new sport (/game) should give it a try! let me know how you like it, questions are welcome too of course.

I started off with PCM last year and found the basics fairly easy to pick up, but a couple of things, such as Team Time Trials and some hard mountain stages took a bit longer.

I really, really need to get back into the game soon!
