Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

MLB 09 the show has the guess pitch which is realistic but when you play baseball you should see what the pitch is when it is thrown. MVP baseball had this and 2k10 should take this idea. When a fastball is thrown right when it releases from the pitchers hand it flashes blue. That way we know if the pitch will curve, slide, or slow down. This is what real baseball players do. It should be in the game.

Also add a good create a team system where we can type a teams name, make jerseys, ballparks, and choose what type of team we are and then we get generic players.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

i won't repeat what others have said...great ideas, btw.

i'd like unlimited CAPs (or at least a couple hundred of them) and also UNLIMITED ability to edit player names (fake names).

also, let us edit the pitching attributes of the already made players in the game, and also make it so we do NOT have to create 5 pitches for every player when in real life that player only uses 3 of them...

Something little here. How about catcher visits to the mound. Base on a rating for the catcher, this would help a pitchers composure.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

How about online leagues that dont require every team to be human controlled, me and a friend that lives in another state like to run our own franchises online, ala ncaa football, and let the league start with custom rosters instead of the crappy default ones. fix the players salaries so we can have a real free agency, make low budget teams dump salary by trading their big name guy when hes going to be a FA for prospects., more realistic signage in the stadiums, why all the 2k signs? hate the fake company ads also.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

include the same sliders for both the AI and user. this allows ease of customizing the game to ones preference and make sit easier to get more balanced game play.

add a foul ball sliders
add a throw strikes and throw balls slider.
add a finish sim game feature.
ability to turn off the pitch location indicator.

take all the sliders from 2k4 and implement them in this game.

historical user stats, season by season records, break down of players etc.

real player salaries.
customizable salary cap.

have the AI throw more balls.

improve the fielding. reaction times for the user controlled teams are horrible.
also AI tends to misplay the ball hit off an outfield wall.

tone down the errors.
tone down the spectacular catches.

make the hit stick more responsive- love this feature

have the pitcher's physical movement coincide with the pitch meters.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

We might as well talk to a brick wall. No community/customer interaction what-so-ever. What's the point of making this thread. I'm not criticizing you all, but there is no point in sharing thoughts about this. No one from 2K is listening.

2K will put in what they think is right next year, put out a sub-par game that is purchased by 90% 360 owners, and soon give up the liscense to someone else. I'm so fed up with this company it's not even funny. Anyone who says this game is even close to as good as the other game is lying to themselves. I would give my constructive criticism here, but there is no point. No one worthy is listening. I'm going to give it a 90% chance that I buy a PS3 next year for the other game alone. And I am very money conscious. This franchise is an epic fail, and it's going to be a long few years until they give up the liscense or finally put their priorities in order and put out a good game. It's franchises like these that make me wonder why I support the sports simulation and video game industry in the first place...

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

How sad is it that we are asking for sliders that were in last year?

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

there are way too many improvements needed in this series to mention. I suggest they start from scratch. Ball physics would be a start.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

Better bat to ball physics. Better graphics. Better animations. Players are just walking around looking stupid at times needs to be fixed. It's too easy to bat in 2k9. Please give us better outfield camera angles, and fix the bugs before releasing the game. If they do this, 2k10 will be a good game.

Re: MLB 2k10 Wish List

it does appear we seem to be talking to wind about anything regarding this game... we are in the THICK of baseball, and yet the people at 2k act as if this game no longer exists...sad...
