i think i saw your post at the 2k forums and i answered it there...but i'll do the same here:

download the file and save it (it will be saved as a 2kshare file)...then LOAD the file. once you load it, go to save rosters and then name it something by making it your save. you can then delete the 2kshare file.

LOAD your new saved file...you can then start a dynasty and the roster base will be this new file you just created and loaded.

Uploaded v.6 tonight...7/25/09

All current transactions up-to-date (Holliday & Lugo trades to Cards / Laroche to Red Sox / Betancourt to Rockies). Added a few more CAP's (Torres, White Sox / Mosebach, Angels / Hernandez, Pirates minor league outfielder from prior Braves trade).

All MLB rosters / depth charts / pitching staffs current. Bumped up Buerhle's ratings slightly (I believe he's now rated an 85, tied for Jenks with highest on staff). I also reviewed all starting pitchers STAMINA levels and tried to get them in line with their realistic innings pitched. Angel's roster reflects latest injuries.

Once again, if you guys see anything that needs updated, please let me know. I'm also only adding CAPs for players called up that I don't have, but I will soon run out of slots (I currently have 30 CAP's - I believe there are a total of 50, so I'm fairly safe).

Appreciate any feedback / suggestions. Enjoy! Mike

downloaded these rosters at about 1:14am CT, and i gotta say, im loving these rosters already. its so nice to finally have a hitter behind pujols cus the CPU would just love to pitch around him cus ludwick just wasnt getting it done. so thank you so much, and i'll be coming back here more often on future roster updates.

mark kotsay placed on waivers by redsox. jose guillen expected to miss 4 weeks. another great site to look at.... http://www.mlb.com/mlb/transactions/#month=7&year=2009

cmcghs: hoffpauir was optioned to AAA on July 18th (Cards)...

All injured players are on their respective AAA teams (I do not do those depth charts as 1) they are a nightmare to continually fix, and 2) since I can't do 100% editing many of those teams have fake players - just not worth my time).

I update this file everyday or every other day and never release a file until I'm 100% certain that I've got the information correct. Appreciate the link...
