As Guffers said really...it comes down to cost really..I doubt 2K would sell enough PAL copies to warrant it being released...in Europe the NCAA is really a niche interest.

That said, I have an interest, hence when I found out the PS3 was region free I bought one and got 2k8 imported. PS3 is the way to go if you're into US sports, especially as some of the games don't get a European/PAL release...plus you can get games earlier as they release a few weeks earlier in the US than the UK.

I've got NCAA Football 2010 on order at present along with Madden 2010 (it released in the US 2 weeks before the UK release)
