Every time the game froze in franchise, it did it on a Lions game every time so I knew that it had something to do with them. Since I added a lot of players to the team, I assumed that it was because of one of them. I released every created player on offense and the game still froze. When I released every created player on defense, it didnt freeze so I knew where the problem was but didnt know who. I went position by position until I learned that it was CB's. I dont remember but I think that he was the only created CB but im not 100% sure. Either way, I eventually just renamed him and problem solved.
Its definitely weird but the problem can sometimes be the one that you'll never think of.
