I had one which really would have upset me it if was a real game. I was down 17-14 with like 10 seconds left or so and all 3 time outs left. I have the ball wherever I ended up off the kickoff, somewhere around the 30 or 35. I threw deep to the middle of the field since I figured I could stop the clock with a time out. I get a deep completion and a little run afterward out to around the opponents 20 with 1 second left.

I tried hitting select to call a timeout so I could tie it up with a fg, I must have pressed it a dozen times so I go to the pause screen and it says Call Timeout: 3 but it is greyed out and won't let me select it. I am assuming that once the clock starts it would have let me call a timeout since it has done that to me before when I had a little more time on the clock but at this point with one second left as soon as the clock starts its to late.

I have also seen the over the head snap being an incomplete pass and the clock not starting when you go no huddle after a 1st down and the defensive lag causing encroachment.
