This one is kinda hard to describe...

If you get free into the secondary on a pass or run play (I saw it 2x in my last play through via running plays), there is an odd glitch where the DB really shouldn't turn around to pursue you, but he does anyway. If you catch the angle right you will end up running for about 5 - 10 yards with the Defensive player running directly in front of you, kinda like he is blocking for you...then all of the sudden you warp ahead of him and he tackles you instantly.

Not sure if its because of new pursuit angles or what, but it looks like if you match the defenders angle perfectly, you wind up in a blind spot for a bit, then the warp tackle occurs
