Hey Ricky,

I don't remember how this was addressed. Are we allowed to accept players that want to transfer to us?

Also, in case you guys didn't know. If you accept a player..he won't be able to play until the following season. Which really sucks cause the couple times I had it happen it was at a position I really needed and he was a great player.
