Icon5 Some manager mode questions

Hi all, this is my first post over here.

I’ve been reading allot threats already but still have some questions about the manager mode with Fifa 2009 on my XBOX360

I’m trying to make money with scouting players and selling them, I also buy players without a contract in the transfer period, again for the purpose to sell them.

The problem is that often the scouted and transferred players are better than my original players. I find it then difficult to chose which player to sell and which one to keep. On what grounds you guy’s take the transfer decision? Is it wise to keep all young players and build your team around them? I find it hard to make the best decision when the transfer period arrives. I compare the players in Age and Overall Score, but then again I want to make the most money out of it, so selling those good players make more money.

How can I see what’s the potential of a players growth? I see the progress per season in the Players Growth screen, but I don’t see what’s his max.

I also read somewhere about the option to put the scouted players on a watch list (so you don’t buy them immediately, but you can buy them in the transfer period). I can’t find this option when the scouted player pops up, is this option bogus?

My last question for now, does the Negotiator attribute contributes when scouting a player? So the signing fee is less? Does he also effects the selling of a player, or only when buying one?

Thanks in advance!
