ive uploaded a new version of my sliders on 2kshare.

the changes ive made ive BOLDED in the 1st page.

thanks to tyoung for his persistance.. ive done what he found, and many others suggested and lowered help D strength to 0..
it seems the popular choice and even though i dont see that much difference in my extensive testing. i will jump on the bandwagon as there definately is help d at that setting.
