The thing is......in spite of whatever Aaron may have said, the fact remains this whole event is really an advertisement for their game. And with EA's history, I'm afraid that until I actually see (or hear from a trusted source) the ball watching from 08 is fixed, I won't believe it.
It very well may have been addressed, and I truly believe that you believe he was sincere. But despite of all the good intentions of these Community Days, they are just as much (or more) about creating buzz for their product as they are getting feedback from the players to make their game better.
And I'm really disappointed they were so tight lipped about the online portions, even when not being asked about their big "surprise", but other things that might have been fixed since 08.
But it is great to hear firsthand the impressions about the game, it does sound like there have been some really exciting improvements so far. Thanks for taking the time to answer our endless questions, Therizing.
