The Philadelphia Athletics,1905 And On-OOTP 9

Well, after a hiccup or two,I'm finally ready to get down to business. Here's the setup. It's 1905 and Major League Baseball has come into its own. Both leagues now have the teams that will survive into the present day and the World Series will become an October staple from here on out. Also in 1905,the Detroit Tigers introduced to the world the one and only Ty Cobb. The Major leagues are broken into two 8 team leagues, the National and the American. Here are the teams in each league:

American League

Philadelphia Athletics
Chicago White Sox
New York Highlanders
Boston Americans
Cleveland Naps
Detroit Tigers
St.Louis Browns
Washington Senators

National League

Boston Beaneaters
Brooklyn Superbas
Chicago Cubs
Cincinnati Reds
Philadelphia Phillies
New York Giants
Pittsburgh Pirates
St.Louis Cardinals

In this particular dynasty,I'm going to take command of the Philadelphia Athletics and guide them through history.I'll do this using Out Of The Park Baseball 9.In the game, there will be no free agency,no arbitration(until the 1970's that is) and no draft.Rookies will enter the league with the team they broke in with.Expansion, name changing, stadium changing, franchise movement will all take place at the appropriate time in history. There will be an expansion draft when new teams enter the league.Trading is set to hard/heavily favor prospects. All financials are season specific.I'm pretty sure I covered everything. If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to ask.Oh yeah, one more thing.PLAY BALL!!!!!!
