Nine a season? My memory isn't great, but I believe there were more than 9 stadiums in the first iteration of the game on the next-gen system.
I could be wrong.
It's an excuse. The time is consciously budgeted. Hence, someone made a decision that getting the stadiums in the game for certain schools didn't make the cut, priority-wise. Try to deny that. Mistakes are mistakes. I work in a tech company and I understand how bugs can be missed regardless of testing and I understand how you miscalculate how features will appeal to your audience. This isn't a time issue as much as it is a priority issue.
So, yes, for people looking forward to a particular addition, it certainly rubs the wrong way to hear a company rep pandering to the BCS schools by asking for what upgrades should be included next year. We know our crappy little unwatched teams in their unknown stadiums certainly aren't as important as having the right video screens in the big-time venues. It doesn't mean we appreciate having it rubbed in our faces.
