Here are some I can remember off the top of my head. Don't know the names of all of 'em.

MICHIGAN
Field Goal Kick is Successful - The Victors
PAT is Successful - Continuation of The Victors (band continues to play it quietly throughout the play and then resumes normal volume if its successful)
2 Pt Conversion is Successful - Same as above if they go into formation quickly after the TD, otherwise stops, then replays The Victors
Touchdown - The Victors
Safety - Don't remember, its a rare occurence
Defense on 3rd Down - A "Key Play". Not actually a song but the sound of the crowd rustling their sets of keys
Defense on 4th Down - Band rendition of "Iron Man"
Kickoff
Timeout - Home
Timeout - Visitor
Tackle for Loss/Sack
Defensive Stop on 3rd Down - First portion of "Temptation" (Undefeated already posted a link somewhere)
Defensive Stop on 4th Down - Same as a stop on 3rd down
Turnover - It varies. I've heard The Victors, i've heard "Temptation", i've heard "Lets Go Blue"and I've heard nothing but cheering.
Defense take the field after a Kick Return - A Drumline set, dunno the name
3rd Down Conversion is Successful - A different rendition of "Lets Go Blue". I dunno the specific name, but its a chant to a drumline set that ends in "Lets Go Blue"
4th Down Conversion is Successful - Same as above
1st Down Conversion on 1st or 2nd Down - I've mostly heard the original traditional "Lets Go Blue" (as in not the modified version above), but i've also heard the version above when the play was especially big.
FG Miss by Opponent
Challenged Play
Start of 4th Quarter
Penalty on Away Team
