Hello to anyone out there, does the ratings from THIS ROSTER download cause teams to go bust?

Hey JSOU, is there a fantasy draft included in your franchise file? I DID load it up and it went to the teams page and where I can be anybody. BUT, there was no fantasy draft before it. Also, how can my brother and I pick different teams and still play together? Do I have to load his profile up? I know I have enough sticks/controllers plugged in. Or am I only permitted one team to take? I will wait for everyones response. Like always thank you.
