all you need to do is 4 steps
1 if you have WinRaR allready just make a sub folder on desktop
i call mine rosters then download the file save it in the sub folder
2. when the file is done use winrar and hit extract here then you will see all the file contents in the folder
3. when your done open xchange 360 go to hdd so see is it thare if so turn off xchange 360 plug memory card in go back to hdd hit to mem then wait to load up
it'll be on the memorey unit transfer it over to your hd on your 360 then load up and bam your done .
