I'm not arguing with your point about Paul's great season, I agree that Paul had a phenomenal season but I am addressing your last statement about it not coming around in the last decade. Both Nash and Kidd had incredible effects on their teams in their first years on PHX and NJ. Phoenix went from 29-53 and second to last in the West to 62-20 and #1 in the West in Nash's first season in PHX. Kidd took the Nets from 12th in the East at 26-56 to #1 in the East with a 52-30 record.
