Chodite, I'm not sure what the deal is, but this is how you upload the rosters. I don't know what happened but somewhere when you zipped it, something is funked up.
Just go into your PS3, go to the roster file, Triangle > Copy to your flash drive, and then upload that file if you can, unzipped. It might be big, but we won't have the issues with the unzipping. If you can't get the uncompressed file to upload send it to my email:

But I just tried copying my funky roster file and it was only 2.45 MB...really small.
