I own a small service company and I always welcome criticism as a opportunity to improve my buisness model.

It would be very easy for me to come here and tell you what a great game you have made as that is very true.

However I felt there would be more to gain in this discussion by focusing on the flaws contained within the overall greatness.

I would hope that the comment of "I have nothing to gain from posting here other than the satisfaction of helping others." does not mean that you value very little a open an honest discussion with your consumers in regards to product improvement.

I am very sorry if my comments upset you as I am a huge supporter of your product and have not only myself purchased it faithfully, but have opened the eyes of many who where huge fans of that "other" baseball game.
Your opinion has always been valid, and I thought my replies reflected that. This was just about keeping the thread on topic and relevant to what I knew. Someone was bound to try, but it's trying to open several floodgates that would get me suspended from OS at best. I welcome feedback on another thread, or when we hold a feedback session as promised. Now's not the time because I'm working on schedule-intensive issues and have commitments for the weekend.

As the original post outlined, this thread wasn't an open discussion. That will happen in the future when we aren't pressed for time. In last month's Q&A and the first post here, I didn't even have an OS account and went through Chris. I know it was my fault the I created an account and replied to each person because it gave this impression. We'll find a good compromise for next time.

Thanks for your time and feedback!
