Very lousy. Just when Kush is getting things right, 2k has to go ahead and fire them. I think that was their mistake; Kush had it on the right path, and then they just took it right off course again.

As for EA - I won't get too into that, but the whole game just feels like flash and no real substance. It's the really pretty girl in class who looks great, and then you go and talk to her and it turns out she's a complete moron with nothing interesting to say.

Honestly, people, games don't need to be amazing to enjoy them. I enjoy 2K9 because it's simply fun to play, and the NHL 09 Be A Pro mode is barrels of fun. Not just the off-the-ice stuff, simply going out there and controlling your own player is so enjoyable.

Keep on BAWWing, suckas. I'm having fun lighting the lamp.

I've seen attempts that went in the right direction and then completely turned around. It's getting so frustrating that I've almost given up on hockey games. No one seems to get it; they just always throw in glitz and glamor and ignore the guts of hockey. They try to make it so that every trip up the ice is a highlight reel, when it's not.

This is the most accurate and honest account of these games that I've read....way to say it like it is.

is anyone actually considering 2k hockey??? please if you are, you either havent played NHL or still hoping dreamcast is coming back. 2k is trash. nba 2k is really the only 2k game ill give them credit for.
