Hard for me. It was between NBA Live and NCAA 09, I went with NCAA.

NHL 09 - not because of EASHL, but because of BAP mode offline. While it's still quite flawed, if they worked on the AI for next year, it could very well be one of the best sports game experiences out there.

I am. Many are. Although it had some shortcomings, it truly innovated the way we will play video sports games forever.

This is for the most innovative, not for the best mode. RttS is a rehash. HC career mode is awesome but is it innovative?

The only others that come close to NHL in terms of innovation this is NCAA football online dynasties and that DNA for Live.

the draft is amazingly well done in HC. the whole franchise part "innovates" as in it isnt the same old crap that madden has/had, and is for the most part very realistic (and fun)
