Dont know if it really matters of not. The rules were vague I thought, but I took it as implying certain players are generated for each region only. So if I am looking in MO and a stud player was generated in CA, Ill never get offered him.

Now you can take whatever stratedgy you want with that because there are ups and downs to each. I personally chose 3 different regions to broaden the range of players.

I'm assuming scouts are for the new youth system. Am I correct in this assumption?

I was hoping to get an idea from those who have started the new youth system on whether it's improved over the old one? I elected to kill off my old youth squad when I stopped paying for it. Is it worth getting back in or am I better off staying out of it? Thanks in advance for any tips you can offer.
