Appearing on Internet Sports Radio Show

Hello all,

I understand that I'm more of a lurker around here, but I wanted to make yet another shameless plug.

You might remember digamma mentioning this friend, Grant Thompson, and his sports radio show. Grant was the runner up in the ESPN's "Dream Job". I write a Chicago Bears column for a Chicago-based website, and I'm appearing on his show (called the Sports Pulse) on Wednesday, between 11:30-noon (West Coast).

Read this weeks, especially if you are interested in seeing the movie Catch and Release. Hopefully I save somebody $8 and the two hours of their life they'd otherwise lose by watching this crap of a movie.

Will reading your column give me some advice on how to save myself $20 by convincing my girlfriend that she doesn't want to watch that crap of a movie?

I hope so. My wife hated the movie. I believe that I set forth two convincing arguments:

1) Catch and Release stinks

2) We don't have to understand why the Bears stink and keep on winning; it's easier to simply accept that it is happening.

Print it out and show it to her. If you need an email from my wife, I can get that too. She is a big fan of Grey's Anatomy and What About Brian, so she's a fan of the romantic comedy in general.

In other words, if you need anything to help you avoid C and R, I'm here!
