Historical Draft Files for FOF

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can download historical draft files & player files, so that I can start a new game with some players of the past?

Apologies if I have missed another thread containing info on this, but there are just so many to search through.

Is it just me or are the players really poor in these files? Especially the QB's! Nothing like the ones you get in the original game files, they are much worse.
