Attorneys and bad publicity are expensive. He can consider her a really, really expensive hooker, and learn his lesson. Next time he wants to cheat on his wife while he's on the road, he can hire a professional. |

Isn't it just a bit hasty to say he has paid her off when in fact the article says no such thing?
I don't think anonymous sources are credible especially in this case since they've said far more wrong than right. I'd wait until the official announcement to say he's paid her off.

Am I the only one who doesn't believe that an agreement in principle hadn't been agreed to before she withdrew her assistance to the prosecution in the criminal case?
He made a statement of apology at that time for goodness sake. That isn't something you do, when you are in the midst of a civil suit. I'm not so sure the title of this thread shouldn't be "Kobe to pay final Installment to accuser".
