Dear Sir,

I hope that this letter will meet you in good health as i have prayed.I
got your contact in cause of seriouse search for a relaible and trusted
foreing partner which made me to send this letter of good itent to seek
for your assistance in respect of your capability,intergrity and as a God
fearing person and I hope it will not cause you any embarrassment since
we neither have any previous contact or correspondence,however would

My name is Edwin Wachira from Kenya,a 24yrs old son of late former
Government contractor and a close associate of Ex-President of Kenya
Daniel Arap Moi.Because of honesty,economic and political stability in your
country,i sent this message to seek for your kind and sincere
assistance on fund transfer and investment assistance in your country.

In november 2001,six months before my Father died,he deposited
($11.700,000)eleven million seven hundred thousand United states dollars
with a security company in Dakar-Senegal in West Africa.He realised the
money during some important contract awarded to him during the term of Former Presindent Daniel Arap Moi.

Recently,i received a notification letter from the security company in
Senegal requireing me to come to Senegal for the clearance of my late
Father deposite with the company as the next of Kin following the
expiry of two years safe deposit contract my late Father signed with them.Due to my inability and with no formal experience, I faced difficulties now in Senegal where i am presently contacting you from. I am incapacitated
by the situation more so by the fact that I do not have the-know-how to
handle such amount of money by myself. I am now seeking for your reliable
assistance and partnership to move this money out of the Security Firm.
I would require your assistance in terms of materials and logistics to be
able to move the money from the Security Firm in question.

All documents concerning the money are intact with me. I would be glad
to respond to your email if your would express your desire to assist me in
this matter.

mutual benefit.However,is a problem to me because i can not be able to
handle this money here in Senegal and i do not want to lose the money

People fall for it, as funny or sad as that is. Senior citizens mostly I would guess, but I'm sure younger people too.

It reminds me of the time when Howard Stern kept geting calls from elderly women who had sent thousands of dollars to something similar to this, and even though it was supposed to be from overseas they would put a contact number.....Howard Stern's radio show phone number.......and they called looking for their money.

Was I the only one who saw the title and author of this thread and automatically assumed that Balldog has a girl on the phone and she wants to know if she can come over because she`s sick of her roommate, but Balldog is not sure whether or not she is using that as an excuse to come over because she likes him (she always winks at him at work!) or if her roommate is actually bothering her?
