NBA Medical Exception, Part II
You may recall the thread I initiated a couple days ago about the NBA not granting Orlando a medical exception to the salaray cap for Grant Hill. Turns out there's a little more to the story. Orlando, despite denials otherwise, was going to make a deal for Olowkandi if they got the exception. Read it here.

You'd think the NBA was formulating plans for a new collective bargaining agreement or something. Would have been interesting for Orlando to throw a front line of Howard-Gooden-Kandi out there on the inside with McGrady on the outside.
