FOF4: Chemistry
I am playing a new career with FOF4 and it seems that my "leaders" are playing than their equally (or better) talented peers on the same team.
Has anyone else been seeing this?

I haven't paid that much attention to that particular aspect, but I am seeing what appears to be a pattern of guys with good chemistry performing a little bit better, as Jim mentioned in the readme.

I've been avoiding the patch, just because I like being able to predict late-round hidden gems. Until there's a better way to do advance scouting of draftees, I think this particular "feature" should have been left alone.
