Playoff format question/informal poll
We went from a split-season schedule a bunch of years back to a schedule where the team that wins the regular season 1st and 2nd place get to go the playoffs.
I'm wondering if there's any interest in going back to that split-season format. I think it might be a way to help teams that are "out of it" at the half-season to come back with a "refreshed" perspective or whatever for the 2nd half. Just wanted to see what the group thought.
