Connecting to router via Wi-Fi
I can't connect my Kindle Fire to my router. I went and double checked the password on the router and everything and it's a no go.

I have a router with multiple bands, 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz. My iPad will not connect to the 5Ghz. Something like that?

Trying the password I have by looking on the bottom of the router and the one I set and neither get me in. It's a Belkin N300.

Powered off my router and then powered back up. It's working now but doing some research it does seem like this is a common issue.

Joy. Looks like I have to contact Amazon support. I couldn't connect online and then my Wi-Fi settings got cleared out so I'm back to no connection in the first place.

Held off until my day off to try again. I played around with things and was one step away from contacting Amazon when I finally connected and everything seems to be running fine now. I just need to order the USB cable I somehow didn't really think of getting. I've been hording ebooks on my PC, so once the light went off in my head I was disappointed.
