best day to have transfer ending?

I've had lousy luck with my transfers lately, getting little or now action on players that should at least sell for 3 grand. Is there a best day to have transfers end... saturday maybe, before the next day's matches? Does anyone think there are good or bad days to have your transfers ending?

I've been told Saturday evening is a good time to have it end. Guess most hattrickers don't date. ;)
