Spring training is complete.

I'm going to be out of town starting (next) Friday through that weekend, so to ensure we sim the playoffs before I leave, let's do the 1st half on Monday.

1st Half (Monday)
Draft (Tuesday)
2nd Half (Wednesday)
Playoffs (Thursday)

Doesn't that have to be fixed by Opening Day?

You are correct, sir. San Diego is $3,979,000 over the cap. They need to get under the cap by Monday night or I'll do it for them but there's a 5th rounder penalty the 2nd time it happens. (The first time, it's just an official warning.)

Luckily in all of the years we've been here, it's never happened. Which is pretty neat when you think about it. (Or maybe the cap is just too high. ;)

Only took one year, but Brooklyn is back in contention and the AL race is also wide open. Should be a good year.

Another year, another Winnemucca playoff choke job. Sometime won a title though. :)

Finally! Funny how I've had way, way stronger teams than this year, but this season was finally the one that the Kings put it all together.

What is the schedule going forward now? I want to try to build a dynasty here and string a few together in a row now!

I'll be back home tonight from this work conference and will release a schedule in the morning.

My flight was cancelled last night and I am heading back this evening. So what I've done is put up a file to give you a chance to offer extensions. Then the schedule to get to next week and the regular season will be a pretty quick turnaround, probably only one or two FA periods.

I'm thinking tomorrow we'll sim to start of FA, sim FA1 on Friday. Sim to start of spring training on Saturday and do ST on Sunday. First half will be on Tuesday.
