Ok, gang.
Here's the information for the OOTP13 transition. Hopefully it'll be seamless as cake.
First: Download this zip file (http://www.mediafire.com/?c9pr22g6kpuhau7) and create a SLOP.lg folder in your OOTP13 saved games directory. Put the contents of that unzipped file inside of your newly created SLOP.lg folder.
Second: Here's the GM data (http://www.mediafire.com/?5cl61dl1fl8knzk) file you need to get the league files in-game automatically. Just like you did for OOTP12, put that in your OOTP settings folder for OOTP13.
Third, once you've done that..you should be able to download the league file in-game as you would've before. I didn't sim ahead, wanted to make sure we were good to go before doing anything critical with the new season. Plus wanted us to benefit from all of the new "additions" to OOTP13. ;)
The new file is on the server now, it has the same name as the old file, so if you try to download it in OOTP12, it's not going to work. ;)
Once you're in, let me know!

Update.
I didn't have the latest version 3.3.9
Once I installed it, the lg file seems fine.

Heh, download the files, input all the files, download from the server...Runtime error and game crashes upon attempting to load the league.
My other league runs fine...

So yeah, I have an issue. I cannot update the league file from inside the game without that Runtime error and I'm not sure what is causing it. I can export fine, I can download the updated league files, but once it tries to load it up the game crashes on me.

So I'm just dumb, I suppose. You said the file wouldn't work and I just glossed over it. Sorry.

I'm getting that same runtime error anytime I try to open the league file. (Actually, it loaded fine the first time, but I tried to load the league file from in game, and now every time I open it, I get that error.)

Ok, I think I might have a solution. Hold tight and when I get home, I'll upload a new league file for you all.

When I was at work, I tried to download the league file and unpack it thinking maybe there was another way I could get it all to you and it came back corrupted. So I came home, re-ran the file and re-uploaded it and it unpacked/opened with no problem.
So I'd suggest trying again with the in-game download of the file on the server and see if that works for you all.

Well since tomorrow is already Friday and I'm going to be gone for the long weekend..let's just take the rest of this week off. We'll resume the off-season schedule starting next Tuesday night.
If we can sim to the start of FA tomorrow night, then we'll do
FA1 Tuesday
FA2 Wednesday
FA3/Start of ST Thursday
FA4/Start of Season Friday
Then we'll go ahead and start the season that following Tuesday.

Just to be sure, we're not at the start of FA yet, are we? I have downloaded the latest file and it is still 10/19.

Nope, I didn't advance at all. I was gone and wasn't able to do it so I figured I'd just wait until I got back. Amended schedule stands as/is. We'll start FA1 tomorrow night.
