HAM Or MYBESTTEAM?

Which do you think can pick a better team? Using the standard Mybestteam

or Using HAM and manually picking the guys with the best numbers?

Also, do you weight stamina in the options? Do you chance any of the weighting?

Use the guys who fits your needs and your plans best. Those are nice ideas that gives you some hints to possibilities you might not have thought of but, in the end, you know your team best and you know why you acquire the players you did.

Stamina is HUGE in the midfield, a passable playmaking/wretched stamina kid is going to do nil. A defender can play okay with below par stamina but you will run into problems at the end of the game. With forwards and keepers, I pretty much ignore their stamina.
