It's looking like we are putting together one helluva run for mainly (USA) division V teams. Go us!

Roosters are still around prepping for D3 team named Downeasterners FC. He usually puts up mid-to-high 70's ratings wise while my A team MOTS is only good for low 50's so I'll be B teaming it and PIC.

The Mississippi Strikers FC are still in. I have to play Tarheels7 a Div II team. It was a nice run, but I really really doubt I can win another.

Arkham Avengers will be looking to improve on the 62 rating we put up last night, but have been informed by Apoc that he intends to win the Cup this year and will not go easy on me. However, if he plays the squad he played last nite I have a decent chance to win.

Eep... I have to play a Div II team called "The Minutemen" not to be confused with the Minute Men in MLS. These Minutemen are ranked an entire 2 spots below them and "only" ranked 13th in the entire USA with an NSI of 105 last league game. They have one player who is a member of the Oceania national team and is worth more than my entire 24 man roster ($2.3M). I'm going to get killed. There is no hope of a miracle this week.

Believe me, it is much worse for me. Apoc has 5 national team members (3 of them are on the over 20 teams) and 2 of his players are worth more than my entire series.

The Calibiri squeaked through on some second half heroics by our forward. Next up is a D4 team that would *seem* to be beatable but they feature an offense that consistently puts up formidables. And my defense has been in the crapper lately.

Wonder if I can get a one week loan in from the Screamin' Seaman! :)

Concord Assassins (NSI: 50 with A-Team normally and 51 with MOTS last week.) are playing DIII Cat Scratch Fever, a team that puts up an NSI of 70 in league games but only put up a 50 in the Cup last week. I will be playing my starters on Normal, so if his midfield is held to inadequate or worse I should have a shot. I think I'll play this one straight up, but if I make it through and play an ML team I may consider pioneering the 5-5-0 (both WB's defensive, Wingers toward Middle.)
