Large tables don't post well here, so I created a thread at the CCFL Forums.

Are you willing to post the excel file for it?

If so, could you please :)

There is no Excel file.

So, here are my takeaways...

Screen >>> 0-4. Only reason to use 0-4 is to help avoid familiars.
I can't see any reason whatsoever to run inside other than to avoid familiars. I think if I had an 18-formation QB, I'd go 24-24-1-1-1-1-24-24
Pro Set = sucks. Only should be used to avoid familiars. It sucks for running and passing.
Most people should probably blitz more. The quarterback must go down, and he must go down hard.
13-39 yards seem to be the money distances for passing. But if you're worried about picks, you'll want to throw shorter.
5-WR shouldn't be used other than in obvious passing situations, where it's better.
4-WR doesn't seem to make much sense, other than to help avoid familiars.
The two 2-deeps and 3-deep zone should be the coverages used most often.

Also remember to check your personnel. For example, Pro Form is working slightly better than standard I, about the same as Weak, and slightly worse than Strong. But I have a good TE and a good FB. Interestingly, I have a sucky backup TE, but Pro TE Pairs is doing pretty good for me.

I have a question about the personnel set that this data is derived from. SP league? MP league? Mostly, I am interested in if we can split the numbers for those compiled against 3-4 sets vs those compiled against 4-3 sets.

•Most people should probably blitz more.

Any chance of a bit more detail here as to why you think that? How about run blitz versus pass blitz, what are we talking?

Also, do you blitz high sense rush guys more, or less?
